  3. This is version 1.3.0 of ARP.
  4.  
  5. This release includes the V1.3 "ArpInstall" program, and the two
  6. documentation files "ArpReadMe" and "ASHMan" which are for V1.3
  7. of ARP.
  8.  
  9. The remainder of this release diskette includes files from the V1.1
  10. release of ARP for individual command program documentation and
  11. programmers support. These V1.1 ARP files are for the most part
  12. accurate, but do not include information for some of the new features
  13. which are available in the V1.3 ARP command programs and programmers
  14. support. These new V1.3 files will be available at a later date; the
  15. V1.3 user documentation for individual commands will be released as
  16. "ARPDOC3.ZOO".  ARP Support will send a notice to anyone who has been
  17. shipped the V1.3.0 diskette, when the complete V1.3 ARP release
  18. diskette is available.

  22. The programmers bindings are V1.1a, which includes a fix in the startup
  23. code for both MANX and LATTICE C, and which is compatible with MANX V3.6a.
